MK官网一直砍单，怎么办？

招行多币种卡，信用卡地址跟账单地址选的一样，都是转运国际的。提交了三次，半个小时候就砍单。邮件是这样说的：For your security, our system requires name and payment verification to avoid any potential fraudulent purchases. Please ensure that all information matches accordingly, including name, email address, billing address on bank information, and shipping address. Since the order wasn't successfully completed, the pending authorization of funds will fall off your account in approximately 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
但是我已经把所有填的信息都一致了，为啥就还是砍单呢。我想填实际账单地址，但是没有中国可选，选了香港也还是不行，必须账单地址跟收货地址一致，才能到付款页面。这是为啥啊，求大神支支招吧
