遇到倩碧缺货,赠品被取消怎么办?
倩碧大促下单非常爽,但是遇到缺货,赠品被取消那就让人头秃了。
跟大家分享一下去年黑五与倩碧客服沟通用到的一些英语句子。
🌷 跟客服聊天前准备好以下信息:
账号邮箱、订单编号、订单收货地址、收货姓名,物流单号,缺的物品的名字或者物品编号
以上信息在聊天过程中可能会被问到
🌷 快速进入人工线客服方法:
1开始是机器人发的一段话(Welcome! Our Virtual………)----这里选择An Existing Order

  1. 下面又会出现选项,直接选择Other
  2. 然后就又会问你名字,你就报你的First name
  3. 然后填 账号邮箱
  4. 之后输入 No
  5. 这样些操作后,等待人工客服出现就行啦
    🌷人工客服出现时,表达自己的诉求
    🌸问缺的赠品是否会补发:
    Hello, I received the package of the product I bought, but because the 产品is out of stock, this free gift was not sent to me. So once the goods are sufficient, can it be reshiped to me? My order number is #订单编号.

    🌸问缺的货什么时候能补发,请求快点补发(这次聊天后,过了一天,我就收到补发邮件,并且补发了一个100ml的镭射,本来应该补发50ml的,很开心呀):
    I want to know how long it will take to reship these missing products. Could you help me to arrange the reshipment as soon as possible? Because I don't have too much time to wait for the reshipment.
    🌸客服已经答应补发了,但是过了几天后还是没动静,再次问客服什么情况,可以这么说:

I have contacted the customer service before and applied for the reship, but now I haven’t received the email about the reship information yet. Is there anything wrong with my request? Could you help me to check it? Thanks.
