结果由于自己中途要求改地址,可能导致发货大哥也是晕乎乎的,分开发了两次货还是漏发了一个套装。平时上班忙也懒得大晚上去蹲在线客服,于是写了封英文邮件,交待了订单号,哪天下的单,对方发了几个包裹,包裹里面分别装了哪些,再强调下我实际下单是两个套装,委婉询问最后一个套装是什么时候发的货,最后附上订单和他们每次发货的邮件通知。等了两天,收到对方的补发邮件。
